1. Service Description

We provide access to a web app that allows you to create AI UGC videos and images.

2. Pricing

Our service operates on a buy once, use forever model. You can use the app/code as much as you want, for as long as you want. You can also do whatever you want with the code. You can turn it into a SaaS as long as you change the look and add your own features. Price is $150.00 USD.

OneUGC non-refundable once purchased due to the code being on your machine once you buy it. The price may be subject to change.

3. User Obligations

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate account information
• Use the service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or hack the service
• Not use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purposes

4. Content Rights

Users retain rights to the videos and images they create. The code as is belongs to us, but you can do whatever you want with it. You can turn it into a SaaS as long as you change the look and add your own features.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the service at any time.
